Hemp
Hemp extract, otherwise known as CBD (Cannabidiol), is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid that naturally occurs in the flower, stalk and leaves of the hemp plant.
There are 15 milligrams of broad-spectrum hemp-extract in a 12 oz can of Rhythm.
No, there is always between 0.0% and 0.3% THC in each 12oz can of Rhythm, which is within the legal limit of the 2018 Farm Bill and enough to achieve a wellness effect, but not enough to get you high.
Hemp and marijuana are two distinct species of the cannabis plant. The hemp plant is rich in hemp extract, or CBD, the non-psychoactive cannabinoid with many wellness properties and very low in THC the psychoactive cannabinoid that makes you feel high. Whereas, the marijuana plant is the opposite. It is high in THC content, and may also contain a trace amount of CBD.

The Hemp Farming Act of 2018 was a law that removed hemp (defined as cannabis with less than 0.3% THC) from being a Schedule I controlled substance, and made it an ordinary agricultural commodity. Its provisions were incorporated in the 2018 United States Farm Bill that became law on December 20, 2018.
Yes, every batch of Rhythm that is canned is lab tested and the COA (Certificate of Analysis) results for each batch can be found here. We use the well established cannabis testing lab CW Analytical for all of our testing needs.
Drug tests don't typically look for hemp, and our broad-spectrum hemp has had the THC removed, but consult your employer or doctor if you're concerned about an upcoming test.
The CBD in Rhythm drinks is superior to many edible products because it's been nano-emulsified by advanced infusion industry leader, Vertosa. This process disburses the CBD molecules into tiny, stable particles that are homogeneous and maximize bioavailability as well as decrease onset time.

If you purchased Rhythm from drinkrhythm.com and are unhappy with your drink for any reason within 30 days of your purchase we'll either issue you a full refund or send you a replacement order at no cost. Take a picture of the damaged can or whatever the issue may be and send it to info@drinkrhythm.com. Please include your order number. If you purchased your Rhythm drink from a store, please return it to that particular store. All Rhythm apparel sales are final and all Rhythm drink sales from drinkrhythm.com are final after 30 days.
